How can I order and purchase?
Visit the website, and select your desired item, color and size. After you’ve made your selection, you’ll be redirected to the payment stage.
Click “pay order” and enter your credit information.
After your payment is authorized and the order completed, you will receive an email with the receipt and transaction details to the email address you provided.
That’s it! Now all you have to do is wait for your package to arrive and enjoy it!
Can I change the shipping address after submitting my order?

How are deliveries handled?
Delivery fee (for orders 147$ and over)
Home delivery (sometimes the courier will leave the package by your front door, according to Health Ministry regulations)
Up to 14 business days – delays may occur depending on the developing situation and government guidelines
* Delivery time begins from the next business day as soon as credit card authorization for the order is received, only including business days. Business days end at 18:00.
What if I’m not home when the courier arrives?
If you are not home when the courier attempts delivery, you can authorize the courier to leave the package next to your door or in the electrical cabinet. In this instance, the company will not be responsible for any damage and/or loss and/or other consequential/collateral damage of any kind that may occur to the package or its contents as a result.
There’s an item missing from my package.
Sometimes, items are shipped separately from different warehouses. If an item is missing from the package you received, it may be delayed. The item will be sent to you in a separate package when the new inventory arrives. Please refer to the order page or note attached to the package to check if it states that the item will be sent to you at a later date.
If the package you received is defective, please check that all the items you ordered are inside. If any item is missing or defective, please contact us as soon as possible and we will be happy to assist you.
I received the wrong item.
If the item you received differs from the one you ordered or from the description on the website, please accept our apologies and contact us as soon as possible so that we can rectify the problem.
I received a defective item.
We’re so sorry to hear that you received a defective item. If you notice a significant defect when you receive the item, please contact us before returning it and specify the defect, so we can advise you about how to proceed.
My item got damaged.
We apologize that your item was damaged during use. Before returning the product, please contact us and tell us what the problem is, so we can let you know what actions to take.
Does the site have a newsletter?
You can subscribe to the mailing list on the website under the category Email Updates. After registering, you will receive updates about new articles posted to the blog and new items that arrive in stock.
Can I cancel an order?
In accordance with Consumer Protection Law (cancellation of a transaction) regulations, customers may return products in their original packaging and receive a refund up to 14 days from receipt of the product, provided the items are not opened or used.
Cancellation and refund will be given for an item that is returned or sent to us within 2 business days only from the date of receipt of the product. Please send the item by registered mail and notify us of the package’s tracking number by email to email@example.com
You will receive a refund after we receive the returned item, and after checking that the item was mailed to us up to two days from the day of receipt, according to the tracking number you provided by email. The refund will be processed even if the item return is delayed by the postal service, as long as it was sent within the initial two-day period.
In accordance with Consumer Protection Law regulations, when canceling a transaction, a cancellation fee of 5% of the total transaction or 30$, whichever is lower, will be deducted, regardless of the time of receipt of the request for cancellation. In the case of a request to cancel a transaction after the order has left the company’s warehouses and the process of delivery by registered mail or courier has already begun, the delivery service fee will be deducted in addition to the cancellation fee. This is even if the transaction does not include shipping, as in the case of a “free shipping on purchases over a certain amount”: free shipping at the time of purchase does not apply in the event of cancellation of a transaction and the shipping fee will be deducted in addition to the cancellation fee. The refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned item at the company’s warehouses and after checking its integrity. The refund will be paid via the same payment method by which the transaction was made. The delivery cost of returning the item will be borne by the customer.
